About LuckyScaffolding
LuckyScaffolding is a ringlock scaffolding manufacturer that started in 2005 as a small workshop with 20 workers in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. Today we have 300+ employees and a 50,000 m² production facility. We export to over 60 countries — mainly to Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, and North America.
Our main products are ringlock scaffolding systems and ringlock scaffolding parts: standards, ledgers, diagonal braces, steel planks, base jacks, top jacks, rosettes, wedges, and accessories. Everything is made in-house. We do not outsource.
Production Equipment
Automated Welding Lines
12 robotic welding arms for consistent rosette-to-standard joints. Ultrasonic inspection on every 50th piece.
Laser Tube Cutting
Laser tube cutting machines for accurate tube lengths, clean cut ends and precise hole patterns.
Hot Dip Galvanizing Line
6m × 1.5m × 2m zinc bath. Minimum 80μm coating thickness per ISO 1461. Tested every batch.
In-House Testing Lab
Load testing, coating thickness measurement, and material verification. SGS inspection available.
