Ringlock Scaffolding Components
All Ringlock Scaffolding Parts →LuckyScaffolding’s Ringlock scaffolding is manufactured primarily from Q235B or Q355B high-strength steel tubes, with a standard diameter of 48.3 mm and a wall thickness of 3.2 mm. The production process utilises laser tube cutting and automated robotic welding systems. The surfaces undergo hot-dip galvanising and are subject to rigorous quality inspections to ensure that the Ringlock Scaffolding system complies with core standards such as EN 12810, EN 12811 and EN 12812, whilst also meeting regional requirements such as AS/NZS 1576 and OSHA 1926.451, depending on the target market. Furthermore, we offer customised dimensions and OEM branding services to meet our customers’ specific requirements.

Ringlock Standards
High-strength vertical standards with rosette connections. Q355B / S355JR steel, multiple lengths available.

Ringlock Ledgers
Horizontal members with forged wedge heads. Multiple lengths, Q235B / S235JR steel options.

Diagonal Braces
Lateral bracing tubes with wedge heads for structural stability. Custom lengths available.

Rosettes & Wedges
8-point rosette plates and self-locking wedges. The heart of the ringlock connection system.

Base Jacks & Top Jacks
Adjustable solid and hollow base jacks and top jacks. Multiple thread sizes and adjustment ranges.

Steel Planks
Anti-slip galvanized steel walkway platforms with hook-on design. Multiple widths and lengths.

What Is Ringlock Scaffolding?
Ringlock scaffolding (also written ring lock scaffolding, and also known as ring scaffolding, rosette scaffolding or ring type scaffolding) is a modular scaffolding system built from vertical standards with rosette rings welded every 500mm. Ledgers and diagonal braces lock into the rosettes with a hammered wedge, so a complete ringlock system goes up with nothing but a hammer and no loose fittings.
Each rosette takes up to eight connections, at right angles or at any angle in between. The same ringlock scaffold system therefore works for facade access, shoring towers, stair towers, bridges, tanks and curved structures, and it assembles far faster than tube-and-coupler scaffolding.

Ringlock Scaffolding Manufacturer & Supplier Since 2005
LuckyScaffolding is a ringlock scaffolding manufacturer in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, one of China's main scaffolding manufacturing regions. We have been making ringlock scaffolding since 2005 in a 50,000 m² facility with 300+ workers.
As a factory-direct supplier we run laser tube cutting, automated robotic welding lines and hot dip galvanizing baths in-house. Every batch is inspected before shipping, and we provide mill certificates for steel grade, coating thickness reports and load test documentation.
- ISO 9001 certified since 2010
- EN 12810 tested and compliant
- SGS third-party inspection available
- Material mill certificates provided
Why Choose Our Ringlock Scaffolding Factory
Real Factory Since 2005
We manufacture everything in-house in Nanjing, Jiangsu. 50,000 square meters facility, 300+ workers, ISO 9001 certified since 2010.
Q355B Steel, Not Q235
We use Q355B / S355JR high-strength steel for standards. Many suppliers secretly substitute cheaper Q235. We provide mill certificates with every order.
80 Micrometers Galvanizing
Our hot dip galvanizing meets ISO 1461 with minimum 80um coating thickness. This gives 20+ years corrosion protection outdoors.
Tested & Certified
EN 12810 load capacity tested. SGS third-party inspection available. Material certificates, test reports, and inspection protocols provided on request.

Ringlock Scaffolding Price
Looking for ringlock scaffolding for sale? We quote factory-direct prices per piece or per ton. The price of a ringlock system comes down to four things. Send us your material list or drawings and we will reply with a detailed quotation within 12 hours.
Steel Grade
Q355B / S355JR standards cost a little more than Q235 but carry the rated loads with a proper safety margin. Always ask a supplier which grade you are paying for.
Tube Wall Thickness
Our standards use 48.3 × 3.2mm tube. Thinner 2.5mm tube is cheaper per piece but lighter duty; we can quote both so you can compare.
Surface Treatment
Hot dip galvanizing to ISO 1461 (80μm minimum) costs more than painting or electro-galvanizing, and lasts 20+ years outdoors instead of a few seasons.
Order Volume
MOQ is one 20GP container. Full 40HQ containers lower both the unit price and the freight cost per ton.
Ringlock Scaffolding FAQ
What is ringlock scaffolding?
Ringlock scaffolding is a modular system scaffold in which ledgers and diagonal braces connect to rosette rings on the vertical standards with a self-locking wedge. It is also called ring lock scaffolding, ring scaffolding or rosette scaffolding.
How much does ringlock scaffolding cost?
Ringlock scaffolding price depends on steel grade, tube wall thickness, galvanizing and order quantity. We quote factory-direct per piece or per ton. Send us your material list or project drawings and we will reply with a price within 12 hours.
Which parts make up a ringlock scaffolding system?
A complete ringlock system consists of vertical standards, horizontal ledgers, diagonal braces, base jacks, top jacks and steel planks, plus accessories such as toe boards, stairs, spigots and guardrails. We manufacture all of them in-house.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We accept LCL trial orders, but a 1x20GP or 1x40HQ container is the most economical way to buy ringlock scaffolding because freight cost per ton drops significantly.
Which standards does your ringlock scaffolding meet?
Our ringlock scaffolding complies with the core European standards EN 12810, EN 12811 and EN 12812, and can also be produced to regional requirements such as AS/NZS 1576 (Australia / New Zealand) and OSHA 1926.451 (USA), depending on your target market. All parts are hot dip galvanized to ISO 1461 in an ISO 9001 certified factory, and SGS third-party inspection is available before shipment.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 15–25 days for a 40HQ container after order confirmation and deposit. Large orders may take 30–45 days.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a ringlock scaffolding manufacturer with our own 50,000 m² factory in Nanjing, China. You are welcome to visit or audit the factory before ordering.
Can you produce custom sizes or OEM branding?
Yes. We produce non-standard lengths and custom parts from your drawings, and can stamp your brand on standards, ledgers and planks.
